Every year, we publish our corporate governance report and annual financial statements, including the management report. The corporate governance report discloses the way in which the company is managed. It shows the extent to which the Cyberagentur complies with the Swiss Confederation’s Public Corporate Governance Code (PCGK). For example, with regard to the proportion of women in management positions or social sustainability.
