Digital Authentication Using Novel Biometric Methods (AuBi)

  1. Status: Project phase

Description

The main objective of the project is to research and develop non-classical biometric methods for the secure digital authentication of persons – this includes authentication here and subsequently throughout the document. Novel biometric methods that are user-friendly and secure are to be researched. The focus is on continuous authentication through behavioral biometrics, stimulus-induced biometrics and universal biometric patterns. In addition, the social embedding in terms of usability and communicative support, as well as their cryptographic protection, will also be developed in this project.
