Your benefits at Cyberagentur
Professional development
Your expertise is our most important resource.
That’s why we think it’s good if you are always up to date.
If you leave us smarter than when you arrived.
We will therefore generally cover the costs of your further training.
Let us know at any time what kind of know-how increase you have in mind, and we will see when and to what extent your further training is possible.
100 % trust-based working time – without core time
With us, you work without core hours and in full confidence of the management.
Nobody checks whether your lunch break lasts three hours or half an hour.
You discuss deadlines and work processes directly with your team on your own responsibility.
Nevertheless, we have a time recording system.
You clock in and out digitally.
This gives you and us a good overview of the number of hours you have worked.
Top home office regulations
The results of your work are decisive for us, but not your presence on site.
Therefore, you only work eight days a month on site, spread over the month or taken in one go, otherwise mobile and remote, according to your needs.
Only in the first six weeks is an on-site presence of six weeks required.
Young corporate culture
Year founded, average age, mindset: we are a fairly young agency.
We were founded in 2020.
Many of our employees are also quite young.
Some are fresh out of university, like you, others have already officially retired and are still under contract with us because they are young in mind.
Look forward to an inspiring time together.
Then send us your application with your CV and a letter of motivation explaining which focus and subject area you are particularly interested in – we look forward to getting to know you.
