Let’s get this out of the way: We are not a public authority. Nor are we a classic start-up or a classic company that follows the logic of profit maximization. Rather, our return on investment is of an intellectual nature: as Cyberagentur we are design ideas for the cyber security of the future and actively promotes their implementation.
We do this on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany, specifically for the needs of internal and external security and always thinking ahead across departments. To do this, we look ten to 15 years into the future. We recognize groundbreaking technological potential at an early stage and commission start-ups, companies and research institutions to research this potential for us by awarding innovative contracts.
But this specialization, which is unique in Germany, can only succeed with specialists, with people in the field who pull together with us to achieve our great aim: Cyber security for Germany’s digital sovereignty. Are you ready?
