100 % trust-based working time – without core time
With us, you work without core hours and in full confidence of the management. You coordinate appointments and work processes independently and directly with your team. You record your flexible working hours digitally. This gives you and us a good overview of the number of hours you have worked at the end of the week.
Top home office regulations
The results of your work are decisive for us, but not your daily presence on site. This means that you only work on site eight days a month, spread over the month or at a stretch, otherwise you work remotely and on the move, according to your needs. On-site presence is only required during the first six weeks of your employment.

Attractive salary based on the TVöD
You will be paid in accordance with the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD), which means security and a performance-oriented income and enables additional benefits. However, the TVöD also means that, unlike in the private sector, we do not have much room for negotiation when it comes to your salary.
Young corporate culture
Year founded, average age, mindset: we are a young company. We were founded in 2020. Many of our employees are also quite young. Some are fresh out of university, others have already officially retired and are still under contract with us because they are young in their thinking. Our location
The Cyberagentur is based in Halle (Saale), in central Germany. Thanks to perfect connections to public transport, the ICE network and Leipzig/Halle Airport, you can reach all parts of Germany quickly from here. People from many regions of Germany work for us. However, a good half of our employees live in Halle (Saale) or nearby Leipzig because they like the high quality of life at our location so much.
